Made-to-order pieces are produced after your order is placed. LAILA is offered in sizes XS–L, subject to the options listed on each product page, with a delivery lead time of 5 business days. For other collections, please check the lead time stated on the product page.

Some pieces may be available for immediate pickup or shipping. Please contact our team to confirm availability before placing a time-sensitive order.

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed and production has started, you can do so, but please note that a 50% production fee will be subtracted from the total refund amount.

If production has not yet commenced, there will be a 10% administration fee deducted from the refund total.

Alternatively, customers have the option to cancel their order and receive a full store credit, valid for 12 months. If the initial purchase was made using a store credit, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit.
