What is a Made-to-Order Item?
Our Made-to-Order items refer to pieces that are crafted only upon receiving an order. The aim behind our Made-to-Order selection is to reduce carbon emissions, aligning with our sustainability goals. We offer a diverse range of sizes, covering S to XL.
It's important to note that all Made-to-Order items involve a production period, which can vary depending on the choice of fabrics and design.
Production timeframes may vary depending on when you make your purchase, usually takes 5-7 business days to finish the garment and be ready to ship it to you.
Prior to making a purchase and placing an order, we strongly recommend thoroughly reviewing our Made-to-Order policy as well as the product page for the specific garment you intend to purchase.
Is it possible for a made-to-order garment to be available in stock?
Made-to-order implies that garments are not pre-stocked and production begins once you've placed your order. Nevertheless, there are instances where we may have standard sizes in stock due to returns or restocks. If you're on a tight schedule, don't hesitate to reach out to our customer care team to inquire about any products currently available in stock.
Can I Cancel my Made-to-Order item?
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed and production has started, you can do so, but please note that a 50% production fee will be subtracted from the total refund amount.
If production has not yet commenced, there will be a 10% administration fee deducted from the refund total.
Alternatively, customers have the option to cancel their order and receive a full store credit, valid for 12 months. If the initial purchase was made using a store credit, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit.
