CANCELATION POLICY


If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed and production has started, you can do so, but please note that a 50% production fee will be subtracted from the total refund amount.

If production has not yet commenced, there will be a 10% administration fee deducted from the refund total.

Alternatively, customers have the option to cancel their order and receive a full store credit, valid for 12 months. If the initial purchase was made using a store credit, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit.

Please note that all cancellation requests must be approved by our management team before a refund can be processed. 

 

RETURN POLICY


At VALENTINA GORDON, our priority is your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes things may not work out, but we've got you covered. We strive to make the return or exchange process hassle-free for you. You can return any unused merchandise in its original condition, with tags attached, within 30 days of receiving your order.


All orders must be returned in the best condition with the invoice included in the package. We will not accept pieces that have been washed, worn, or altered. 


*Please note: Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.


HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE


  •       You can click on the RETURN link on your order or contact us at info@valentinagordon.com about any returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your item so we can help facilitate the process.

  •       Returned and exchanged items must be in new condition, unworn/unused with the original tags attached. All sale items or personalized orders are final sale only and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  •       Once we have more information regarding your return or exchange inquiry, we will provide you with further instructions. After your return has been received, we will refund the amount of the returned goods to the recipient within 10-15 business days.

*Please note: International exchanges and returns work the same way as US returns, however, it does not include refund return shipping costs or taxes.


DID YOU RECEIVE A FAULTY ITEM?


So sorry about it! If you receive an item that is damaged or with manufactured fault, it must be returned within 10 days of purchase. After 10 days, we’re unable to provide an exchange or refund for any faulty item.

LOST IN TRANSIT


Unfortunately, VALENTINA GORDON cannot assume responsibility for any returns or exchanges that don’t make it to the workshop and get lost in transit. We strongly advise using a trackable shipping service so that the order safely arrives at our facility and we can insure reimbursement for your order!
